Covid-19 FAQ

We are doing our best to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff while coronavirus restrictions are in place throughout Tasmania

  • Social distancing of 1.5 metres or more applies throughout the park. We ask that our guests maintain this distancing when using toilets and showers as well as generally throughout the park
  • Anti-bacterial soaps, hand sanitisers and surface disinfectants are available in all cabins and each amenity building
  • Our cleaners wear gloves and are using disinfectant to clean all surfaces as they clean. Amenities are cleaned regularly and cabins serviced weekly. All public areas are regularly disinfected with a non-toxic disinfectant fogging machine.

Booking and check-in:

  • Cabin bookings must follow government dwelling rules for families and guests while coronavirus restrictions are in place.
  • We ask guests to provide credit card details when placing a booking. This enables us to complete pre-check-in procedures prior to arrival, which will limit unnecessary contact in reception
  • Envelopes containing cabin keys, park maps and payment receipts will be available in the key return box outside the entrance to reception so that guests are able to check themselves in.

  • Reception will be open for a limited period each day. Opening times will be posted at the reception entrance.
  • Should it be necessary to contact reception staff outside opening hours guests can use the buzzer outside reception or call on 6267 9138
  • A maximum of six people at a time may be in the reception area, other than reception staff. Social distancing applies.

Camp Kitchen:

  • A maximum of twenty people may be in the camp kitchen at any one time. Social distancing applies.
  • We ask that guests minimise the time spent in the camp kitchen and try to limit activities to simple cooking and washing up.

If You Become Ill While Staying in the Park:

  • If you have any cold or flu type symptoms while staying in the park please let reception know as soon as possible by calling 6267 9138 or using the buzzer outside reception.
  • Stay away from other guests.
  • If you need help to comply with current coronavirus restrictions let reception know and we will assist you with finding the right medical help and any other support you require
